Eat all the chips and dip you can eat with the purchase of one ticket! Help us choose the winners in the best salsa, best queso, best guac, and best specialty dip categories! Also, watch your most daring friends embarrass themselves in our hot pepper eating contest! Proceeds from ticket sales will benefit the Educational and Outreach programs for the Sidewalk Film Center + Cinema.

Peace Love & Dog Paws Rescue, Inc. believes that it is our moral responsibility to rescue, protect, and improve the lives of abused, neglected, and homeless dogs of all breeds. We pledge to be the voice for those dogs that cannot speak and be their saving grace when all hope has been lost. Our goals are to promote kindness to animals through education and by example, encourage responsible pet ownership, & support spay/neuter of dogs to help control the pet population. . We believe in building strong alliances with responsible rescues as well as working together with our local shelters, in the relentless fight to save lives… one dog at a time.

Mudbugs & Music (Arthritis Foundation Alabama)

The 14th Annual Mudbugs & Music is a family-friendly fundraising event complete with live music featuring Derek Sellers, kids’ activities, silent auction, and crawfish provided by Shindigs. You’ll have plenty of beer to cool you off and dogs are welcome!

Proceeds from Mudbugs & Music support the Arthritis Foundation's mission to conquer and cure arthritis. Since it started during 2005, Mudbugs & Music has helped fund the pediatric rheumatology program at Children’s of Alabama and UAB that has changed the course of treatment for thousands of children with juvenile arthritis.
